BFF — Flagship Launch

After successfully launching its first Toronto location on the popular Ossington Strip, BFF relocated into the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District in the middle of the pandemic. In order to drum up as much free publicity as possible, we created an Instagram video series in collaboration with viral Youtuber @chadwithaj who has over 1.8M subscribers. 

The video series resulted in BFF serving hundreds of customers over a 3-day period, causing the restaurant to completely sell out before the end of each day.
